Step 3 

Send through an enquiry form with as much detail on as possible, the more information the better! Please note you must fill in the enquiry form to submit an enquiry, I do not accept social media messages for bookings and everything must go through emails, this is so information and chat threads don't get lost.

Step 4

Wait for my reply, please add brighteyebeauty@outlook.com to your contacts as sometimes emails can go to Junk

Step 5 

I will send through the quote for the day with the information provided

​

Step 6 

You want to book HOORAY! Let me know as soon as you can that you would like to confirm the booking. I must have the service numbers for the Invoice to be written or to hire an Assistant for the day so they can plan their day.

You must tell me you want to book/ confirm/ proceed, checking my availability and asking questions does not mean you have booked or I am saving the date for you

Step 7

I will book it into my diary and send a request for a non-refundable retainer payment, your booking is held for 48 hours to allow for payment.

The link is sent via my online booking system run by Fresha.

A text/ email will be sent with payment links, it is a secure payment site, if you would rather pay by cash or bank transfer let me know asap.

After the 48 hours the date is released and is no longer in my diary.

As you hopefully can appreciate, I cannot hold dates and potentially turn other Brides away.

If you have any issues on paying get in touch asap. 

I will not chase Brides who have not paid the retainer and I will assume you no longer require my services.

An invoice detailing all the services booked in will be written up and is sent alongside the Terms and Conditions and the Practice Run information to your email address so you have all the details.

Step 8

I receive your payment and the booking is confirmed YIPPEE thank you for choosing me!

Step 9 

If you require a Practice Run get in touch to check diaries to book this in, please see Practice Run FAQ's and your info sent on the confirmation booking email.

Practice Runs require a non-refundable retainer of 50% to book these in, the rest is payable on the day.

This appointment will not only help you choose the styles for your Wedding Day that you love but I can offer advice on Suppliers, local info, skincare or anything Wedding related, it's the perfect opportunity to use my 10 years plus wedding experience, I'm here to help and make your wedding day as stress free and fuss free as possible.

If you aren't having a Practice Run we will arrange your telephone consultation for a convenient date to discuss everything
